Boundaries of the Mississippi River (Mississippi Portion) developed for statewide mapping purposes. MS River (Mississippi Portion) from NHD May 2022. For cartographic purposes, we extended the polygon a few miles into Tennessee and Louisiana. Although there are land locked parts of the old river, those were included for cartographic affect.
