https://echo.epa.gov/tools/data-downloads/frs-download-summary Using ArcMap 10.8.1, we created an event from FRS_FACILITIES.csv containing latitude/longitude coordinates for the sites. Staff then Exported the data to form a feature class shapefile. The projection was defined as = (GCS NAD83 2011) . A RESELECT on FAC_STATE = "MS" was done to extract just those sites in Mississippi. This reselect was exported to create a new MS FRS shapefile. The corresponding FRS_PROGRAM_LINKS.csv was related and added. Afterwards, the FRS_NAICS_CODES.csv and FRS_SIC_CODES.csv files were related to the shapefile and joined by Exporting the shapefile to another name. The resulting shapefile was projected into mstm (WKID-3814). Duplicate attributes were then deleted. Metadata was added from the EPA sites https://echo.epa.gov/tools/data-downloads/frs-download-summary and https://www.epa.gov/frs/frs-data-sources by MARIS staff to put in FGDC and ESRI compliant format.none Please refernce EPA as the source.
